How long will it take for my order to get delivered?
Orders within India will be delivered in 3-5 working days. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

How will I know you have received my order and when will the payment be deducted?
After placing an order, you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been received. Your card will be debited at the time of checkout. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will refund any charge on your credit card for the value of the items not in stock.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

Do I need to sign for my order at the time of delivery?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature and proof of ID.

What payment methods does Anomaly by Anam accept?
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Payment Wallets and Net-banking. For orders within India, we also offer Cash on Delivery. Bank transfers are accepted upon special request. For inquiries regarding the same please email us on sales@anomalybyanam.com.

Can I re-order an item that is sold out on the website?
Yes. We do get fresh stock of products that are sold out based on demand. Because of our products being hand crafted, it could take up to 3 weeks for them to be available. There is an option to ‘Show Interest’ in a particular product that may be sold out. You can fill in your details and you will be notified via email if or when that item is back in stock.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site and appearance may vary due to the reflective nature of the metal.

How do I make a purchase?
Browse through our Catalog on the website and once you have found an item, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Review your selection by clicking the ‘My Cart' link at the top right of the page. You can use the Bin Icon to delete items from your Cart. If you wish to continue browsing, click on 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on 'Check Out' button.

Can I Return or Exchange an item? If so, how?
Yes you can return or exchange products based on certain terms and conditions. Please refer to Refund and Exchange Policies.

Are there different sizes? How will I know what size I am?
Most of the products in the Anomaly by Anam catalog are flexible and can be adjusted to fit your size. For a few of the pieces with fixed sizes, we have provided the actual dimensions of each product in the product description. Please refer to the same to know what size would best suit you. In addition, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply email sales@anomalybyanam.com for advice.

Is my personal information protected?
Yes. Anomaly by Anam takes your online privacy very seriously. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.

Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit Card online at Anomaly by Anam?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do NOT ship internationally yet. However, we plan on doing so in the near future so please drop us an email on sales@anomalybyanam.com and we will keep you updated on the same.

Can I cancel an order that has already been placed? 

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to sales@anomalybyanam.com or call +91 98694 35365 within 24 hours of placing the order and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Anomaly by Anam and accept Anomaly by Anam's decision regarding the cancellation.
